Whether I am striving to help a courageous individual choosing growth in counseling, a group of eager learners in a course, or advocating for generational shifts that support collective wellness, my goal remains the same: to support others as they cultivate mental wellbeing.

Dr. Shainna is a counselor, educator, and advocate dedicated to empowering individuals and communities to cultivate mental wellness. Her work is rooted in the belief that healing is a practice and that providing practical, accessible support is essential for lasting growth.
Dr. Shainna views self-love and generational healing as two sides of the same journey. By nurturing ourselves, we address inherited patterns and ancestral wounds; by healing across generations, we deepen our capacity for self-love. Her mission is to make this transformation accessible, teachable, and actionable for all, creating a ripple effect of wellness that strengthens the collective.
