My Approach
My counseling approach is integrative — meaning I draw from multiple evidence-based frameworks and tailor them to the unique needs, goals, and lived experience of each person I work with. There is no single roadmap to healing, and I believe deeply in honoring the individual journey.
I frequently weave together strengths-based, existential, narrative, and holistic methods. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, I help clients explore meaning, identity, and possibility — building insight that supports long-term, lasting change.
As the owner of Integrated Counseling Solutions, a clinical mental health and consulting practice in Central Florida, I bring over 15 years of clinical experience alongside a Ph.D. in Counselor Education & Supervision, full licensure (LMHC, NCC, ACS), and advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy.
