She earned her Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision from the University of Central Florida, where her research focused on identity development, self-esteem, and multicultural counseling.
As a licensed mental health counselor (MH15290), nationally certified counselor (NCC #717726), and approved clinical supervisor (ACS #3047), Dr. Shainna brings over 15 years of clinical experience to her work.
